Job Summary:
A leading organization is looking for a Director of Human Resources to lead people-focused strategies, drive performance, and partner with senior leadership to shape a high-impact, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion company culture and align HR strategies with business goals

  • Support managers with expert HR advice and problem-solving

  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention

  • Design smooth employee experiences from entry to exit

  • Stay updated on market compensation trends for competitiveness

  • Manage performance reviews, goal-setting, and team motivation

  • Oversee learning and development programs

  • Ensure compliance with payroll, records, and legal requirements

  • Use HR data to guide decisions and track engagement

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience working with senior executives on HR strategy

  • Proven ability in recruitment, performance management, and talent development

  • Skilled in navigating complex structures

  • Industry experience in media, telecoms, marketing, or advertising preferred

  • Available within 1–2 months’ notice
