Role Purpose
The Ecommerce Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of an e-commerce business in the Kuwait & Qatar market. Additionally, a successful candidate should have a deep understanding of the Kuwait local market, culture, and regulations to effectively navigate the Kuwait & Qatar e-commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive online sales growth in the region.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, Customer Service, operations and logistics to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Along with Merchandising and marketing team, developing and executing online promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Monitoring and analyzing online sales performance, customer feedback and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Developing and executing a growth strategy, managing relationships with partners and vendors.
- Handling logistics and customer service.
- Should have a deep exposure in border crossing. (Must)
- Analyzing market trends to stay ahead of competition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field.
- 7 – 8 years of relevant work experience in a similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of digital and ecommerce metrics, conversion funnels.
