Job Description

• Processing of SR/RMA for commercial networks, collection and analysis of logs, laboratory testing, report creation, etc.
• Customer Q&A response■ Sending products to headquarters according to (manager’s) instructions■ Energy products Checking risks (vulnerability, prevention, correction, etc.)■Updating issue management sheets (SR/RMA, etc.), creating reports■Providing on-site support as necessary

General Requirements

Required Skills

• Knowledge of energy products (rectifiers, batteries, UPS, etc.)
•  2 years or more of practical experience with energy products
• Practical knowledge of the operation and maintenance of energy products for companies or carriers
• Knowledge of product Experienced in quality control and analysis. Strive tosolve problems on your own and have a sense of responsibility to take responsibility for solving problems until the end.[Language]Business level Japanese &Chinese
