The job
As the head of affiliate, you will be in charge of the following:
- Strategic vision: Develop and execute a dynamic affiliate marketing strategy to drive growth and market dominance in the iGaming sector.
- Leadership and team management: Lead, manage, and mentor the affiliation team to ensure a high-performance culture. Set ambitious team goals and promote collaboration both within and across departments.
- Partner management: Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to ensure alignment with brand values. Nurture and expand relationships with existing affiliates for sustainable and scalable partnerships.
- Campaign planning and optimisation: Plan and optimise affiliate campaigns according to market insights and trends. Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting and analytics: Implement advanced reporting systems for KPI tracking. Enhance performance and maximize ROI.
Your Qualifications
💭 You speak and write English fluently (strong B2).
🎓 Minimum 1 year as a Head of Affiliates in iGaming (more is a plus)
- iGaming affiliate marketing experience
💪🏻 Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage large budgets including management reporting and forecasting.
🥇 You have strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
