Job Description
A Chinese Investment Bank is looking for an ECM talent, an Analyst to VP level.
Telling stories about companies’ growth potential so that the companies can raise capital from investors. The work differs depending on your team, and it gets more technical if you cover convertible bond offerings.
Responsibilities
- Participate in ECM deal executions and support deal sourcing
- Engage different working teams in executing IPOs, RFPs, block trades and underwriting commitments
- Initial non-deal or deal company roadshows as part of the equity syndicate process
- Liaise with internal counterparties where necessary
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law or related disciplines
- 1-5 years of ECM experience in investment banks
- Solid understanding and knowledge of equity capital markets
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a must.
Average Salary: HK$ Negotiable
