Equity Capital Market

Responsibilities

• Participate in ECM deal executions and support deal sourcing
• Engage different working teams in executing IPOs, RFPs, block trades and underwriting commitments
• Initial non-deal or deal company roadshows as part of the equity syndicate process
• Liaise with internal counterparties where necessary

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law or related disciplines
• 1-5 years of ECM experience in investment banks
• Solid understanding and knowledge of equity capital markets
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a must.

Average Salary: HK$ Negotiable
