Equity Derivatives Sales, Global Markets Asia

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Expand client base and originate new client relationships with a strategic and long-term view
• Execute equity derivative client transactions in adherence with the Bank’s policies and guidelines
• Provide market colour, sales commentary and research to clients
• Provide feedback on client activity to internal stakeholders (mainly Trading, Sales Trading)
• Collaborate with support functions
• Suggest ideas to enable cost efficiencies, reduction of operational risk, and scalability of the activity
• Monitor markets and competitors to identify trends and opportunities
• Report on performance and potential issues to direct management, and more generally, support management as and when required

Job SpecificationsQualification & Experience

• Master degree
• Minimum 8 years experience in the Equity Derivatives Structured product industry

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Reliable and trustable

Language

• Fluent in English and Chinese
