Equity Derivatives Trader, Global Markets Asia

Key Responsibilities

• Manage trading book and trading positions
• Have a good understanding of markets and dynamically hedge risks against various potential market movements
• Pricing of exotic equity derivative products on the Asia Pacific and global equity underlying
• Mark and monitor the quality of implied market data parameters such as volatilities and dividend curves.
• Closely work with Sales Trading, Sales and other Trading desks
• Carry strong emphasis on risk management and perform thorough risk assessments regularly
• Comply with regulatory, contractual and internal rules and regulations
• In cooperation with headquarter, automate prices and trading tools to improve efficiency and develop the desk capabilities
• Report on performance and potential issues to direct management, and more generally, support management as and when required

Job SpecificationsQualification & Experience

• Master’s degree in Finance and or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Equity Derivatives Structured product industry

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong mathematical and quantitative skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of programming

Language

• Fluent in English
