Event Marketing Manager (d/f/m) (Part-time eligible)

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive event strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event objectives, target audiences, and key messages
  • Manage relationships with event vendors, organizers, and attendees
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling marketing collateral
  • Executelead generation strategies specific to events
  • Manage on-site event presence and communications. Coordinate setup, registration, staffing, and attendee services to ensure a seamless and memorable experience
  • Work closely with internal teams to align event strategies with broader marketing and business objectives and to ensure the delivery of successful events plans
  • Contribute to the design and development of promotional material for events, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Ensure smooth event execution within a given budget without compromising quality or impact

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field or similar education/professional experience
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creativity and attention to detail in developing engaging event experiences
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Experience working collaboratively with senior-level executives and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency preferred
  • Willingness to travel for domestic and international events as needed
