Job Overview:
This is a non-traditional, high-trust Executive Assistant role supporting a busy executive with multiple businesses and responsibilities. You’ll act as a gatekeeper, coordinator, problem solver, and strategic support across both professional and personal tasks. Ideal for someone intuitive, emotionally intelligent, and excellent at managing shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage executive’s calendar, meetings, travel, and events

Handle email correspondence, prioritize and respond professionally

Track tasks, deliverables, deadlines, and manage to-do lists

Liaise with internal teams, partners, and vendors on the executive’s behalf

Support project coordination, research, logistics, and document prep

Assist with lifestyle, personal errands, gift sourcing, and content planning

Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting briefs

Work across platforms like Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, etc.

Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information tactfully
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as Executive Assistant or similar role

Experience supporting C-suite executives or founders preferred

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, proactive, and emotionally intelligent

Capable of switching between structured and informal settings with ease

Strong writing skills and ability to anticipate needs
Working Hours & Benefits:
