Responsibilities

  • Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
  • Coordinate arrangements, meetings, seminars and conferences as assigned within UAE and internationally.Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations, and correspond independently in an effective manner.
  • Monitor CEO email and draft email responses on behalf of the CEO.
  • Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
  • I manage the CEO’s busy Calendar, including scheduling, meeting coordination sending reminders and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the CEO, including visa, flights, hotel, car and restaurant bookings, and prepare itineraries.
  • Any ADHOC tasks required by CEOs – such as personal events and family/ guests needs, screening and direct phone calls to the CEO, purchasing gifts for clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, in English Literature, from an accredited university, will be preferred.
  • 8+ years of hands-on Executive Assistant experience in the UAE is ESSENTIAL, with a thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (50 words per minute)
  • An organized thinker with detailed research proficiency. Must be a polite, organized, professional team player. Adaptable to various cultures and able to work extended hours if required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business communication software
  • Strong knowledge of database and tracking systems
  • Must be detail-oriented with fantastic organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, should be able to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
