About the Role:
Global Profilers is hiring an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the Vice Chairman. This role involves handling confidential tasks, developing speeches and communications, managing brand image, and coordinating extensive travel—all in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as primary liaison between VC and stakeholders

Accompany the VC to local and international events

Draft, research, and edit speeches, sermons, and official content

Organize travel logistics, documents, and itinerary

Manage document archiving via OneDrive or similar tools

Support branding, book publishing, and promotional activities

Oversee email correspondence and maintain professional communication
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution

6+ years in a senior executive support role

Excellent writing and communication skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office and cloud storage tools

Discreet, detail-oriented, and self-driven

Experience in faith-based or church roles is a plus

Ability to draft or support speech/sermon creation is advantageous
