The Opportunity

As a key member of the EMEA Executive Marketing team, we are looking for a data driven Marketing Manager who is positive and effective, exercising agility and focus when working with senior stakeholders and contributors.

This position is responsible for designing, managing, and executing both the business and logistical requirements for executive events, engagements, and campaigns in Central Europe. The role is based in Munich and is integral to the success of the Executive Marketing, EMEA team, which is a part of the Centre of Excellence for the Adobe EMEA DX Marketing organisation.

The position reports directly into the Head of Executive Marketing, EMEA. This role must work independently to define priorities aligned to Executive Marketing’s targets, manage enablement with the field and respond to any questions from regional stakeholders and contributors.

This role requires strong attention to detail and responsive sense of urgency as well as exceptional flexibility, time management, and prioritisation skills. This is an executive and customer facing role and will require the ability to interact professionally with Adobe senior executives, sales teams, and customers from Central Europe. The candidate must support multiple events, engagements, and campaigns simultaneously and manage and collaborate with multiple contributors from the marketing org and vendors. Knowledge of Central European executive communities and campaigns is desirable.

What You’ll Do

 

  • Manage all executive marketing events and activations across your region
  • Drive and contribute towards pan-EMEA executive marketing initiatives activities
  • Connect with stakeholders across the organisation and within region, including Field Marketing, Communications, Sales, Adobe regional leadership.
  • Instruct and manage external stakeholders and delivery partners such as local agencies
  • Promote the ExM offering within your region, across multiple business units
  • Support your region in identifying the best customers for ExM offerings, monitor nominations and support customer care
  • Capture customer data alongside Field and Sales colleagues
  • Work against key performance indicators and drive tracking mechanisms, analysis and course corrections throughout all programs
  • Support pan-EMEA Executive Marketing strategy and feedback potential regional discrepancies
  • Own the CEUR Executive Marketing data insights and partner with key players to ensure account and contact segmentation and metadata are refreshed regularly, in-line with the wider EMEA objectives

What You Need To Succeed

 

  • Experience in Stakeholder Engagement , Business Partnering , Data management and reporting
  • Data Interpretation and CRM experience
  • Managing budgets across multiple programs and events
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual) in English and German
  • Ability to work independently/with a small team to manage a diverse workload
  • Strong organisational, time-management, analytical skills, detailed-oriented, problem-solver, flexible work style, and is a strong team player
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple projects at once
  • Planning and Project Management
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), knowledge of project management tools and virtual collaboration technology
