🧑🏽‍💼 About the Role

Global Netprofit Affairs is seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and fast-learning Executive Virtual Assistant to assist with day-to-day digital tasks and e-commerce projects. This is a dynamic role — perfect for someone detail-oriented, proficient with tools like Shopify, Canva, and ChatGPT, and ready to juggle multiple responsibilities.

💼 Key Responsibilities

You’ll be assigned tasks based on ongoing projects. Main duties include:

  • Manage e-commerce stores (Shopify or similar)

  • Upload products, update inventory, and handle basic SEO

  • Perform accurate data entry (catalogues, prices, product details)

  • Design simple graphics using Canva

  • Use ChatGPT or other AI tools for content (product descriptions, captions, etc.)

  • Support in marketing campaigns and administrative duties

✅ What You Need

  • Excellent communication & time management

  • Good writing skills

  • Basic e-commerce & CMS platform experience (Shopify, WordPress)

  • Canva proficiency

  • Familiarity with ChatGPT and Google Workspace

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Strong internet research & social media skills

  • Stable electricity & internet

  • Positive attitude & willingness to learn
