Key Accountabilities

• Coordination and monitoring of external vendors
• Commissioning and scheduling of external companies
• Technical Inspections of our buildings
• Facilities Orders
• General Facilities Service Ticket processing
• Building Access Control
• Issue all Purchase Orders according to existing policies (on behalf of the FAC department), including the management of an appropriate record-keeping system of supporting documentation and follow-up on payment with Finance.
• Maintain a positive, results-orientated work environment, building partnerships and modelling teamwork, and communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner.

Education
