Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities):

  • Source and supervise artisans/service providers

  • Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and security teams

  • Manage and maintain company fleet and ensure all vehicles are in good condition

  • Supervise repairs and maintenance work for all facilities

  • Monitor and manage repair/maintenance budgets

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, health, and safety standards

  • Supervise facility renovations and improvement projects

  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for cost-effective contracts

  • Offer technical suggestions for upgrades and improvements

Requirements:

  • HND or B.Sc in Facility Management or a related field

  • Previous experience in a similar facility management role

  • Strong knowledge of fleet management

  • Driving ability is a must
