📝 Job Summary:

Montage Africa Agro Allied Company Ltd. is hiring an experienced Factory Manager to lead daily operations at its maize flour processing facility in Awka, Anambra. This senior role demands strong technical expertise in food manufacturing, hands-on leadership, and a solid understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and local regulations like NAFDAC, SON, and ECOWAS.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day factory operations to ensure high productivity and minimal downtime

• Enforce compliance with regulatory authorities including NAFDAC, SON, ECOWAS

• Implement and maintain HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 standards

• Supervise, train, and evaluate plant personnel

• Oversee inventory control for raw materials and finished goods

• Plan and supervise machine maintenance and servicing

• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, safety, and product quality

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, or related fields

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food processing (3+ years in management)

• Proven knowledge in maize milling and grain handling

• Certifications in FSMS, HACCP, or ISO 22000 (preferred)

• Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills
