Job Description
The Company’s client is a technology venture company. Their core product is a SaaS dashboard that provides a wide range of human flow analysis needs. Their software creates analysis and reports customized by industry and client, with several areas of application: disaster countering, urban development, marketing, and more.
They are currently looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager who will lead the startup of the finance team in preparation for the company’s IPO planned in two years.
Responsibilities
- Monthly closing
- Budget formulation support
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements etc.
- Training of accounting members
- Cash management
Requirements

| Minimum Education Level | Bachelor’s Degree |
| Visa Status | Permission to work in Japan required |
Required Skills
- 5 years or more experience in Accounting and Finance roles
- Experience being involved in IPO (preferred)
- Experience in creating disclosure documents (preferred)
- Accounting experience in the IT industry (preferred)
- Business-level English skills (preferred)

Average Salary: ¥9,000,000
