- Strategic capital policy and asset management
- ERP-based business management and operational sophistication
- Human resources strategy formulation for finance organizations
Application requirements
- “Upstream” experience is welcome, such as formulating an accounting/performance management system concept.
- SSC/BPO/FP&A-related project experience for global companies welcome
- Medium-term management plan/budget preparation outline experience welcome
- Project experience on Anaplan, Tagetik, Board, Blackline, RPA, etc. welcome
- Knowledge of accounting standards such as Japanese standards, USGAAP, IFRS, CPA, or USCPA welcome
- English proficiency (TOEIC 700 points) welcome
