Job Description

There are two management areas. The first is controller duties, and the second is duties as the person in charge of purchasing operations.It also serves as a liaison between domestic business unit managers and overseas business unit controllers.The first controller duties include:Budgeting, forecasting, and analysis (regular and ad-hoc)Business partnering, decision-making support from a managerial and strategic perspectiveVarious project management (global integration, process innovation, etc.)The second purchasing operation is responsible for purchasing operations in areas other than inventory management. It also includes vendor management, cost analysis and optimization, purchase requisition creation and processing. I also manage my subordinates.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Academic knowledge and experience in finance, accounting, and economics, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles, exchange rate fluctuations, multinational business, etc.
• Thinking about things based on numbers
• Those who have high presentation skills and can influence the people involved
• Fluent in English and Japanese Experience
• Work experience at a Japanese branch office of a foreign-affiliated company
