Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Finance Manager to lead our finance team. You will manage daily financial activities, prepare reports, handle statutory payments, train junior staff, oversee vendor contracts, control expenses, and lead audits. Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is important.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.

Oversee daily accounting tasks like accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts.

Analyze costs and find ways to improve profitability.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and lead audits.

Develop internal controls to protect company assets.

Supervise and train junior accounting staff.

Provide financial advice for business strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Knowledge of statutory laws and financial regulations.

Professional qualification is a plus.

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.

Proficient in Excel and finance software.

Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 per month
