🎯 Job Summary

We’re hiring an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts department, ensuring financial health, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and efficient operations across the company’s projects.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Finance/Accounts Department

  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance in line with IFRS

  • Provide financial insights for strategic business decisions

  • Supervise Tax, Treasury, Payroll, AR/AP, and all accounting functions

  • Develop and implement financial policies and best practices

  • Liaise with FIRS, LIRS, OGIR, and other regulatory bodies

  • Ensure smooth audit processes and banking/borrowing arrangements

  • Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-saving measures

  • Stay updated on tax and financial regulations

âś… Requirements

  • BSc / HND in Accounting (Minimum of 2:1 / Upper Credit)

  • ACA (ICAN Certified) – Must be an Associate Member

  • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience (at least 5 years in a similar role)

  • Prior experience in an audit firm is essential

  • Proven track record in tax management and financial reporting

  • Proficiency in MS Office & ERP software

  • Experience in forex, capital financing, and treasury management

  • Prior work in power, energy, or oil & gas industry is a strong plus

  • Must not be more than 50 years old
