Job Description

• Led the finance team to monitor and control all aspects of the business’s finances and accounting. Including but not limited to setting up financial operations, supporting new product launches and partnership deals, providing annual financial statements, and working with the Corporate Finance/FP&A team on budgets.
• Provides regular compliance reporting and performance monitoring against budgets with financial reporting, corporate month-end closing, related party transactions, and cash flow management.
• Implement and operate treasury systems for reporting, funding, and liquidity management to automate and streamline treasury processes.
• Sets flows and policies and works closely with other functional heads such as finance, product, operations, and marketing.
• Preparing and/or managing tax obligations, including GST, withholding, corporate income tax returns, and other day-to-day financial functions. Work closely with the tax department to respond to queries and tax audits
• Other responsibilities assigned by the CFO/Financial Manager.

Requirements

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of relevant work experience
• English skills are essential for international collaboration
• Experience driving process improvement, internal controls, and system implementation
• Financial professional experience in financial services or the fintech industry preferred
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent

Average Salary: ¥4,500,000
