Job Description

The Company’s Clients is an MNC focused on environmental services with a robust global presence. With their rapidly growing business, they are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their finance team.

Responsibility

• Develop, deliver and implement financial models and financial modelling tools for various types of project
• Conduct financial analysis, business modelling and pre-deal evaluation to provide insights on the profitability, feasibility and stability of prospective projects
• Ensure that data to be used in the models is of sufficient quality by establishing procedures for collecting and manipulating information and building appropriate checks and controls.
• Database management to make sure all finance master data and mappings are updated and good to use by the stakeholders.
• Able to lead or participate in M&A projects
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance
• At least 5 years of experience in analysis and financial modelling
• CPA or CFA candidates preferred, or finalist
• Open to candidates from M&A Accountancy firm’s background
• Self-motivated, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Speaks fluently in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
