Job Description
This PE firm has significant resources with portfolio companies across Asia and Europe. This Finance Manager position is open to all experienced Accountants who want to develop their career within the Financial Industry. The role offers solid buy-side exposure and a great work-life balance.
Your new role
- Full set of accounts and group reporting
- Assist CFO in investment valuation
- Internal and statutory audits and regulatory filings
- Cash budgeting, forecasting, corporate financing, FX management
- Managing capital call processes
- Assist CFO in implementing risk control & compliance procedures
What you’ll need to succeed
- 4+ Years of Accounting Experience
- CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented, patient and proactive
