Job Description

Nippon Pall Manufacturing is looking for a senior accountant to take charge of management and financial accounting for the factory. In the future, you can aim to become an assistant controller, so if you have more than 5 years of experience in finance, please apply.

If you have experience in general finance, you can experience cost accounting, etc., in factory finance even if you have no experience. You can also aim for a plant controller in the future. Since it is a factory of a foreign-affiliated company, you can also get the opportunity to experience exchanges with foreign countries gradually. [Work in charge]

You will be in charge of a wide range of management and financial accounting in the production factory. This recruitment will increase the number of people, so we plan to take over the members’ work.

Main duties

• Confirmation and distribution of daily reports on factory productivity, etc.
• Global weekly report creation and publication support
• Monthly confirmation of the number of people assigned to each department
• Managing vendor masters
• Update, create, and analysis of various monthly reports
• Monthly closing review
• Fixed asset-related support
• Tax-related support
• About once a month, there is a possibility of a business trip to Shinjuku (meeting of the finance team, including Nihon Pole)

Employment form: full-time

Trial Duration: Yes (3 months)Remote work possible 2-3 days a week

Working hours: 8:45 to 16:45 (regular working hours: 7 hours)

Overtime: Available

Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays, year-end and new year holidays (December 29th to January 4th) Day)

Requirements

Skills

• Accounting or finance experience (5 years or more)
• Those who are good at PC operation, including Excel
• Those who have experience using ERP (SAP is also welcome)
• Good at reporting accurate data
• Those who can lead related members at the time of settlement, etc.
• Those accustomed to an environment with many changes and experience in a foreign-affiliated company are welcome.
• Business level English proficiency or higher
• Educational background not required (High school graduate or above)
• Ability to comply with company policies and confidentiality obligations
