Job Description Summary
Assists the finance and accounting department with payment, bill tracking, and reconciling conflicts. Paying bills and invoices per established methods and procedures.
Maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions. Working with internal staff (purchasers), external vendors, and suppliers to clarify differences and reconcile conflicts. Following proper procedures and taking direction from senior staff; developing technical skills.
Funciones:
- Asiste al departamento de finanzas y contabilidad con la facturación, el seguimiento y el cobro de cuentas vencidas y concilia los conflictos.
- Recibe y procesa pagos de acuerdo con los métodos y procedimientos establecidos.
- Mantiene registros precisos de todas las transacciones de cuentas por cobrar.
