The Role:
As a Football Operations Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Review and moderation of Match Delegate reports, and identification of key issues following each Premier League match
- Support the review and investigation of operational and football regulatory issues
- Support the administration and management of the Match Delegate group as required
- Produce statistics, analysis and assessment of on-field football matters purposes as required
- Support the pre- and post-meeting process of the PL Key Match Incident Panel
- Attend Premier League Match Centre and lead the delivery of match day operations as required
- Work alongside internal departments (including but not limited to Communications, Broadcast, Business Intelligence and Football Development) on cross-team projects and other Business initiatives as required
- Support working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders as required
- Provide general support to Football Operations activities, projects and initiatives
- Support the preparation and delivery of Football Operations events and meetings
- Provide support for the review and development of Football Operations documents, including competition guidance, manuals and handbooks
The Candidate:
The ideal Football Operations Executive will have:
- A background working in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
- First-class interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- The ability to prioritise a heavy workload and work to tight deadlines
- The ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion
