Job Description

Analyze the company’s accounting and finance issues, formulate strategies, and provide explanations and instructions to each business division. This is a position where you communicate directly with the management team, share issues, and think about measures to be taken while confirming the direction. We anticipate that you will be involved in formulating a medium-term plan, formulating an annual budget, simulating profitability from monthly rolling forecasts, creating management reports, and conducting feasibility studies for new projects.

Recruitment background/organizational structure: We are looking for a person in charge of FP&A to expand our business by improving issues from the accounting and finance perspective and conducting more strategic and accurate budget and actual management.

Annual income level: 7.5 million yen to 10 million yen[Example of the annual income of 7.5 million yen: basic salary 330,000 yen/month, position allowance (section manager): 114,000 yen/month, housing allowance (non-head of household) 30,000 yen/month → 474,000 yen/month Moon. Bonus 1,910,610 yen (summer and winter total)]

About the essential treatment:

• About payment of overtime work: Overtime work adjustment allowance (overtime work for 20 hours) to be paid at a fixed monthly amount If overtime work that exceeds it occurs will be paid additionally. (Not applicable to managers)
• The bonus amount described in this job offer is a “reference value” based on last year’s performance.
• There is a trial period of 3 months (monthly remuneration remains the same), but it may be exempted if it is judged that the experience in the relevant job is sufficient. The trial period is not subject to bonus evaluation.

Skills

•  3 years or more experience in income and expenditure management for each product and practical experience that contributed to profit improvement or sales expansion
•  TOEIC 650 or higher
• Financial analysis using Excel (VBA level)
• Operating company Experience in budget management
• Work experience in the manufacturing industry and experience in institutional accounting (preparation of financial statements and corporate tax returns, etc.)
