Our client is a famous FMCG with unique products across the Globe. With this uniqueness, we can gain more than 70% market share globally with aggressive expansion to become more innovative. We seek an experienced candidate to join our team and prepare advanced reporting.
Job Description
As the FP&A leader, your duties are not only limited to leading a team but also include the following:
- Develop and prepare metrics and ad hoc reports to management to facilitate business decision-making.
- Analyse business data and alert management to the business trend and segmental customer behavioural changes germane to business strategy.
- Assist management in developing and reviewing sales strategies to increase sales productivity.
- Work closely with internal parties on business operations and initiate ongoing process improvement, particularly for performance tracking.
- Provide business views on customer behaviour and trend.
Requirements
- Degree holder in accounting or related discipline
- Preferably with 8 years of experience in Accounting / Finance
- Member of HKICPA or CPA qualification preferred
- Highly organised, self-motivated and responsible
- Strong results orientation
- Strong in excel, power-point and reporting tools
- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and third parties
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
