We are seeking a freelance Recruiter 360 to join our team and assist us in meeting the recruitment needs of our global clients.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for various roles across different industries and geographic locations.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for open positions.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates and clients.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as social media, online databases, and recruitment events, to find suitable talent.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to understand clients’ recruitment needs and provide effective solutions.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers.
Requirements:

- Based in Mallorca
- Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably in an international environment.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to conduct interviews and communicate with candidates and clients in English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work autonomously.
- Availability to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule.
