Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the company, providing professional customer service and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and attend to clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage the front desk by handling calls, messages, and appointments.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Provide general administrative support to various departments.

Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.

Assist with scheduling and internal office tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./HND) in any relevant field.

1 – 2 years of work experience in a similar administrative or front desk role.
-
Prior experience in a real estate firm will be an added advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer service oriented, polite, and presentable.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
