Ashdam Solar Co. Ltd, a fast-rising renewable energy company in Nigeria, is hiring a Front Desk Officer / Training Coordinator to support both administrative operations and training activities. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is organized, enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and passionate about renewable energy and professional development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk duties: welcoming clients, receiving messages, redirecting inquiries, and handling correspondence

  • Support training coordination: schedule training sessions, communicate with participants, manage training logistics and reports

  • Maintain and organize office/training supplies and resources

  • Monitor and respond to emails, social media messages, and other company communication channels

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies for company programs

  • Create visibility campaigns for training courses

  • Evaluate training impact, update records, and implement improvements

  • Attend training seminars to upgrade skills and apply new training methods

  • Support teams across departments with process flow and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols


Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently

  • Strong knowledge of office management and customer service

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written

  • Professional appearance and a customer-oriented mindset

  • Open to learning new tools and adaptable to tech environments

  • Calm and composed under pressure
