Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Pharmacist to manage the daily operations of a busy retail pharmacy in Ikeja, Lagos.
The ideal candidate will provide top-tier pharmaceutical care, oversee the pharmacy team, and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and dispense prescriptions in line with PCN standards.

Provide expert counseling on prescription and OTC medications.

Supervise the pharmacy team and enforce standard operating procedures.

Manage inventory: monitor stock, prevent expiries, and reduce losses.

Conduct medication reviews and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Stay current on pharmaceutical trends, medication updates, and regulatory changes.

Train, mentor, and schedule support staff to ensure professional growth.

Design and execute health campaigns and community outreaches.

Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and patient interactions.

Prepare and submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Oversee sales staff, delegate duties, and monitor transaction documentation.

Ensure all transactions, including cash handling, are properly recorded.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).

Valid license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).

1–2 years minimum experience in a retail pharmacy.

Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and customer care skills.
Salary:
₦200,000 – ₦300,000 monthly
