Job Description

We have a current opportunity for a Fund Services Manager permanently. The position will be based in Hong Kong. For further information about this position, please apply!

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain communications with clients, investment professionals, attorneys, auditors, bankers and etc
  • Review financial work papers, including portfolio schedules, accruals, partner capital allocations, etc
  • Coordination of annual audit and tax return preparation with external accounting firms
  • Manage internal work-flows and assist with the development and implementation of training at all levels of accounting staff

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Qualification in HKICPA/ ACCA or similar qualifications
  • Investran and/or VPM and/or Paxus software experience
  • Fluent in written and oral English with a good command of Cantonese and Mandarin
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with Hedge funds, PE Funds, Fund Administration and Off-shore Funds
