✅ Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
-
Lead daily GBV program activities in line with donor guidelines.
-
Oversee planning, budget use, and timely delivery of outputs.
-
Collect and analyze age & gender-disaggregated data to improve services.
-
Design and deliver community sensitization and staff training on GBV.
-
Create IEC materials (posters, leaflets) and conduct volunteer/monitor training.
-
Act as gender focal person within the project.
2. Technical Responsibilities
-
Manage GBV case identification, intake, documentation, and referral.
-
Ensure confidential, survivor-centered care.
-
Supervise safe spaces and facilitate psychosocial support group sessions.
-
Organize community outreach & awareness campaigns.
-
Submit accurate and timely weekly/monthly/quarterly GBV reports.
-
Maintain both physical and digital confidential case files.
3. Coordination and Supervision
-
Build strong partnerships with NGOs, UN agencies, and local services.
-
Develop and maintain referral pathways and updated service provider mapping.
-
Support GBVIMS data entry and reporting with M&E and Info Management staff.

Document success stories and lessons learned to improve programming.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gender Studies, Public Health, or related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in GBV programming or case management.

Strong understanding of survivor-centered approach, referral mechanisms, and protection principles.

Experience working in humanitarian/emergency settings (Northeast Nigeria experience is a plus).

Strong coordination and communication skills.
-
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, email, and GBVIMS familiarity preferred).

Excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.
