About the role:
As our Graphic Designer you play a crucial role in creating compelling, high-quality, data-driven content for various formats. You make smart use of AI Tools to produce next-level content in large volumes. By analyzing the performance of your content, you continuously optimize our strategy. You work closely with partners to ensure that your content perfectly matches their needs, tone of voice and brand. You will also work closely with colleagues from Team Content and our Growth Teams to ensure an integrated approach.
Monday to Thursday we work with our partners. Friday is all about our own growth. both our own and those of Sprints & Sneakers. Every Friday we have a training and we work on our personal growth path. We also work on improvement projects, strategy and improve our processes and key tactics.
About your new team:
You will become part of Team Gamma, our Content Team. The team consists of various specialists and helps our partners grow by creating Video, Visual and Social Content. The ambition is to turn this team into a standalone content agency in the near future. A very cool moment to get in!
Who are we looking for?
You fully agree with our core values and are excited to become part of our rapidly growing team!
You have at least 3 years of work experience as a graphic designer, content marketer or a similar role.
You are an expert in the field of Visual Content, you master various tools and you keep yourself informed of all developments.
You know how to use AI to create content
You are creative and analytical. You not only create the most beautiful content, but you also use data.
You identify yourself with our culture and core values
Can write/speak flawlessly in Dutch and English
In addition to Graphic Design, experience in SEO, copywriting, landing pages and video is a big plus.
Experience working at an Agency is a big plus

Recruitment process:
An introductory meeting with Hugo to see if there is a mutual match.
Creating a case at the office, followed by a substantive follow-up conversation with the Team Lead to test your skills.
An orientation day in which you find out what it is like to work with us, and we find out what you are like as a colleague.
The final step is a conversation with one of the owners of Sprints & Sneakers.
