Roll’d Support Office

A fresh, new role within the Roll’d Support Office & Marketing team. Created to assist in bringing Roll’d brand to life with best-in-class creative design & execution that drives effectiveness and resonates with our customers.

A strong focus in this role will be delivering outstanding design and campaign assets that will create a movement, drive conversations to be shared globally.

About The Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will receive action briefs from the internal Marketing & Franchise teams, supporting content including in-store collateral print/digital, web banners, social media and local area marketing assets.

Working with an External Creative agency, you will contribute to the planning of major media campaigns & ATL activity. We’re a passionate & progressive business you’ll be at the forefront of creating memorable customer experiences.

You will create, plan and deliver daily to drive brand awareness and deliver business growth results.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Conceptualise and run a project end-to-end across ideation to delivery whilst meeting the brief & following brand guidelines
2. Design for in-store assets, social media, digital, product packaging and print
3. Work on existing campaign updates, refresh, evolve or create new ones
4. Proactively manage your workload through Asana
5. Communicate to both internal key stakeholders & external agencies on timelines of work
6. Ability to learn & develop in the role, liaise with External advertising agencies to enhance skills
7. Demonstrates Roll’d value to all key stakeholders
8. Agility to work on multiple tasks & balance deadlines accordingly
9. Operational excellence, an ability to complete and submit creative outputs accurately & on time
10. Strong Communicator, seeks clarity on briefs to drive key outputs
11. Accountable takes full responsibility for delivering strong creative work that’s on point to brief
12. Accessible & creates good rapport and builds genuine connections within the team
13. Recommends solutions within the budget, strong understanding of production & costing estimates
14. Negotiation skills demonstrated the ability to review the best creative execution options to maximise ROI

Qualifications:

• Relevant industry or freelance experience
• Adobe Suite expertise (part. Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
• Experienced in Microsoft suite with a strong focus on Word and PowerPoint
• Accurate time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly desirable experience in food photography, illustration design
• Ability to travel Interstate, as required
• Eligibility to work in Australia
