Job Description

The Client is an IT startup focused on digital advertising protection. Their main product is software that allows companies to optimize their campaigns’ efficiency by protecting their ads from invalid traffic.

They recently went through a successful Series B funding round and are working toward further international corporate growth.

Responsibilities

• Creating monthly reports for management and investors
• Creating business plan materials
• Management of accounting functions
• Monthly settlement of accounts for the Japan office
• Collaboration with external partners (accountants, tax accountants, lawyers)
• Preparation for IPO
• Correspondence to audit corporation
• Creating a system for IPO and improving internal control

Requirements

Required Skills

• Experience in creating materials for management and investors (including consulting, etc.)
• Fluent Japanese and Business level English
• Understanding the accounting standards at a level that an audit corporation can handle
• Accounting function management experience (independent and consolidated settlement experience)
• Advisory consulting experience for management and investors (preferred)
• IPO preparation experience at startup (preferred)
