🧾 Role Overview:

Whipsmart Service Provider seeks a visionary and results-oriented Head of Sales to drive strategic sales planning, revenue growth, and market expansion. This leadership position demands a strong background in sales strategy, team management, and B2B growth across dynamic sectors. The successful candidate will align all sales operations with overall business objectives while building a high-performing sales culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet growth and revenue goals

  • Identify and drive new business development opportunities

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and accountability

  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to shape competitive positioning

  • Build and manage client relationships at senior levels to ensure long-term partnerships

  • Collaborate across departments (marketing, product, customer service) to enhance the go-to-market strategy

  • Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and performance tracking through CRM and sales analytics

  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings


🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing (MBA is a strong advantage)

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a senior sales leadership role

  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling sales teams

  • Proficient in CRM platforms, sales analytics, and performance forecasting

  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

  • Experience developing strategic partnerships and handling high-value negotiations
