🧾 Role Summary:
BuynBuy Trading is seeking a results-driven and visionary Head of Sales / Business Development to lead its revenue and growth strategy. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic plans, lead a high-performance sales team, and identify market opportunities to scale operations and increase profitability in the Nigerian market.

Design and execute strategic sales plans to meet long-term business goals

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets

Identify and engage in new business opportunities to grow market share

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior

Collaborate across departments to align execution with business goals

Track KPIs and present data-driven insights to senior management
🎓 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

5–7 years of progressive experience in sales/business development

At least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and strategy

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Deep understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer trends
