🧾 Role Summary:

BuynBuy Trading is seeking a results-driven and visionary Head of Sales / Business Development to lead its revenue and growth strategy. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic plans, lead a high-performance sales team, and identify market opportunities to scale operations and increase profitability in the Nigerian market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute strategic sales plans to meet long-term business goals

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets

  • Identify and engage in new business opportunities to grow market share

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior

  • Collaborate across departments to align execution with business goals

  • Track KPIs and present data-driven insights to senior management


🎓 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in sales/business development

  • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and strategy

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Deep understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer trends
