Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager

🔹 Job Objective:

To lead and implement safety, health, and environmental policies that meet regulatory standards and promote a strong safety culture within the company.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HSE team and ensure compliance with international and Nigerian standards.

  • Conduct audits, reviews, and implement HSE strategies.

  • Train staff and oversee safety documentation and incident investigations.

  • Collaborate with contractors and departments to manage HSE risks.

  • Develop safety plans and support regulatory compliance across projects.

🔹 Mandatory Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of HSE experience with strong knowledge of Nigerian regulations.

  • ISO Lead Auditor preferred.

  • Familiar with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and Factory Act compliance.

  • Strong leadership, risk management, and auditing skills.
