We are seeking to hire a Supervisor/Lead of the Integrated Support Center (ISC) Helpdesk Team.
Responsibilities/duties Will Include
- Managing ISC Service Central duties- Requesting group adds, adding and deleting people from support groups.
- Managing ISC staff vacations and outages making sure there is core hour coverage
- Monitoring ISC help desk calls, requests, incidents and escalations.
- Avaya Reports Provided to management
- Monitor baseline/program calls to meet program requirements
- Manage hardware ordering and approvals
- Maintaining employees GRID/Charge numbers
- Maintain SWI-704-2 Computer.
