Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Hospitality Manager to lead daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. You will organize activities, manage staff, and solve problems to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire and supervise qualified staff.

  • Organize and coordinate daily operations efficiently.

  • Ensure supplies and equipment are sufficient and of good quality.

  • Handle customer complaints professionally.

  • Assist with pricing and budgeting.

  • Enforce company regulations and quality standards.

  • Keep accurate records and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or sales.

  • Good knowledge of hospitality procedures and quality standards.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: ₦160,000 – ₦200,000 per month
