Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Hospitality Manager to lead daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. You will organize activities, manage staff, and solve problems to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.
Responsibilities:

Hire and supervise qualified staff.

Organize and coordinate daily operations efficiently.

Ensure supplies and equipment are sufficient and of good quality.

Handle customer complaints professionally.

Assist with pricing and budgeting.

Enforce company regulations and quality standards.

Keep accurate records and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:

Salary: ₦160,000 – ₦200,000 per month
