Full Job Description

An experienced Housekeeper is required for a legal residence located in Dubai. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the home.

Candidate Profile:

The candidate must be an experienced and well-rounded housekeeping professional who enjoys keeping a clean and organized home. You have a strong understanding of household hygiene and cleaning best practices. You have a ‘do what it takes attitude’ and have a calm and collected approach when things don’t go as planned. You are comfortable working on your own the majority of the time.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily housekeeping to include dusting, vacuuming, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, washing floors
• Meal preparation, basic table setting and cooking as required
• Care of fine furnishings, fixtures, fabrics, finishes, and surfaces
• Daily laundry, ironing and steaming
• Notable projects include, but are not limited to, quarterly deep cleans, household cupboard and closet cleaning and reorganization
• Other duties as required from time to time

Applicant Qualities:

• Must have previous experience working in a formal residence
• Excellent housekeeping, laundry and ironing skills; correct use of products and methods for fine finishes and surfaces
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required
• Must maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times, exercise diplomacy, and discretion and respect boundaries
• Applicants must be service oriented with excellent English communication skills.

This position is full-time, live-in, with a flexible work schedule. Negotiable salary based on experience. (HU3961)
