Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and proactive HR/Admin Officer to manage human resources and administrative tasks for our growing group of companies in real estate and investment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting management, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies and labour laws

Support management in HR planning and strategy

Oversee daily office administration and procurement

Manage vendor relationships

Coordinate employee training and performance reviews

Act as a liaison between staff and external parties

Promote a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR/Admin roles
-
Experience in multi-business structures is a plus

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws

Tech-savvy with HR software/tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized and able to work independently
