🚀 Job Summary:
Cakes and Cream is seeking a proactive and highly organized HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player with strong administrative, communication, and time management skills. You will play a key role in HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and leave tracking

Perform administrative duties like organizing emails and managing HR databases

Support recruitment processes including posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, and interview coordination

Assist in HR policy development, salary administration, and onboarding

Coordinate staff orientation, training, and events

Act as a liaison between employees and HR for prompt issue resolution

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Manage HR department schedules, meetings, and deadlines
🔍 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (required)

3–4 years of HR assistant experience

Solid understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and payroll systems
