Job Summary:

The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources Manager in essential administrative and employee relations tasks. This includes assisting with recruitment, maintaining staff records, onboarding new hires, and helping ensure compliance with HR policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and general hiring support

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files

  • Support onboarding and training processes for new employees

  • Coordinate meetings, memos, and internal announcements

  • Respond to basic employee inquiries and HR-related concerns

  • Assist with conflict resolution and promote workplace compliance


Requirements:

  • OND qualification (minimum)

  • 1–2 years experience in a similar HR or administrative role

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Basic computer skills and understanding of HR processes
