We are looking for a graduate (even without experience) for a paid internship contract ($80,000 per year) with hiring purposes to join our HR team, you will have the opportunity to grow exponentially thanks to on-the-job training, you will be able to work remotely for as long as desires and we will equip you with a latest generation MacBook.
You will take care of:
– Recruiting Process: Contribute to the recruitment process, from writing job advertisements, reviewing CVs to managing communications with candidates and organizing interviews;
– Employee onboarding: Help new hires integrate into the company culture by providing orientation, training materials and assistance with initial administrative procedures;
– Management of company documents and policies: Keep company documents and policies updated, including handbooks, internal regulations and employment contracts, and ensure that employees are informed of them;
– Corporate relations support: Manage communications between employees and resolve any problems related to interpersonal relations, acting as an intermediary and facilitator.
– Employer Branding & Marketing activities;
– Human Resource Development and Training: Contribute to employee training and development, identifying learning opportunities and assisting with career planning.

The annual base salary is $80,000 (USD) which will be prorated based on internship start and end date. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
