This is a strategic and people-focused role at the heart of a fast-moving and multi-sector organization led by a visionary founder. You will help shape and maintain the people culture, recruitment pipelines, and HR frameworks for multiple entities — including real estate ventures, agriculture projects, and social impact work.
You are not just managing HR processes — you are curating a healthy, high-performing workplace culture that reflects the unique leadership style of the founder.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement HR structures and policies across multiple ventures (corporate & non-profit)

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

Champion performance management, team alignment, and internal communications

Facilitate culture audits, staff engagement plans, and HR support for project leads

Build and maintain a values-driven workplace culture consistent with PDO’s leadership philosophy
✅ Requirements:

3+ years HR experience or demonstrable results in people/culture leadership roles

Experience working with diverse and cross-functional teams
-
Ability to design systems: onboarding kits, team feedback templates, culture-building strategies

Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR documentation

Must be empathetic, proactive, and capable of influencing diverse stakeholders
